Booking with us
When you book a tour or walk with us we want to take away your stress, so we make these commitments to you:
- We will confirm your booking by message or email within 24hrs
- On the day of your walk or tour the guide will personally message each lead contact with their details and confirm the collection point
- Our aim is to go at your pace. We always have time to stop a while and fully enjoy the views
- Transport normally will be in the Green UMM, it's pretty hard to miss
- We all know the weather can be changeable. Ferry's get cancelled and Aircraft get diverted, so, if we are unable to comfortably carry out your booking, we will try to rebook a suitable time.
- We offer a full refund if the activity booked on our website is cancelled a full 24hrs in advance. Activities cancelled on our partner sites may incur a cancellation fee
